Challenge:  Teenage Drivers, Control Start Ignition, Auto Theft, Errand Improvement.
Teenage Drivers:  Negotiate a "contract" with your teenage driver as to how far they can drive, speed, etc.  Track them on the web.  If they are late - know where they are and that they are enroute home without an embarassing telephone call.
Control Start Ignition:  Keep food cool, keep dog cool, warm up car or disable the ability of your car to start from web or cellphone.  Going to a party and want that car to stay "locked off" - do it thru your cell phone.
Auto Theft:  Find your car on the web within two parking stalls.
Errand Improvement:  Check to see where your significant other or child is - remind them to pick up milk, dry cleaning, etd.  Why wait for them to get all the way home - or bother them if they are already too far way from errand pick up spot.
